Check for smooth pump action
To evaluate the quality of the pump head, ensure that the pump tubing and connection points are secure and free of any looseness. Manually rotate the pump mechanism to test for smooth operation.
Replace lubricating oil promptly
Add lubricating oil to the bearing housing and carefully monitor the oil level, ensuring it aligns with the center line of the oil gauge; replenish or replace the oil in a timely manner.
Check for smooth dispensing
Unscrew the priming plug on the pump body, fill it with priming fluid, and verify that the pump head dispenses smoothly.
Close the outlet pressure gauge and the gate valve on the discharge line, and also close the inlet vacuum gauge. Regularly assess the quality of the cosmetic pump head and perform timely maintenance.
